I love music. Making music, but not listening to it. Unless the lyrics make no sense. I bet you’ve heard songs that make no sense to you and sound random, well – here’s one of those songs. This is also one of my favorite songs.

Heres a story – Once I won a fish.
It was during the middle of summer, and everyone in my village was celebrating. There was this competition to see who would guess the weight of this giant fish. There were about 20 entries and more and more entries were – well, entered every minute. The ability to enter was ending fast, and I really wanted that fish. So I took out my iPod, opened up the calculator app, got the average of everyone’s guesses and entered. Later on in the festival I got bored, so I went back home (which was only a few meters away) and about an hour later, my parents came running home. With the fish. They told me I guessed exactly right, the exact weight of the fish so I was like “O.o”
Yup, victory tastes sweet. The fish didn’t though, it tasted horrible.

You know songs that you listen to and then you hear a lyric and your like wtf? So then you run over to your friend and go:
-Hey dude have you heard this song?? It’s like so o_O!
-Ye, I know right! I can swear they are saying [Enter Lyrics Here]!
-Ah hell no! Their singing this! [Lyric Argument]
And so on so forth.
A perfect example of lyrics that started a big debate is Human by The Killers. Now, I bet a lot of people have heard it already, but just in case i’ll put the video up here:
The line of lyrics that sparked a big debate was the line:
“Are we human, or are we dancer?”
This text is from the chorus, which you can hear several times. The reason that it caused such a debate is that the lyric is grammatically incorrect, and that it should be dancers, since the singer is referring to more then one person. So basically people have argued that they are singing “Are we human, or are we dancers” while others are arguing that their singing “Are we human, or are we dancer”. I myself was quite intrigued by this conundrum, so I looked it up, and due to my incredible googling skills, I actually found an entry from The Killers official blog discussing this debate! The answer, ladies and gentlemen, is that they are, in fact, singing “Are we human, or are we dancer”! Yes, it doesn’t make a lot of sense, but it’s the truth. If you don’t believe me, then go look it up for yourself, cause I’m too lazy to go find the site again and post the link

I’M BACK BABY
So, as you could probably tell by now, I’m back at home from my vacation to Melaka! (btw, in my last post I spelt it malacca, but it’s spelt Melaka. Or it might be the same, I dunno.) Anyway, I said that I would bring back some pictures. I did take some pictures, but I won’t post them until tomorrow because it’s quite late and I am reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally tired :3 So check back tomorrow for that
There’s not a lot to say today, so I won’t say much. But tomorrow I’ll post the pictures and write about so stuff I did while I was there, so don’t forget get to come back tomorrow!
